LDS stands for The Church of Later Day Saints, also known as the Mormon Church. Mormons follow more traditional dating and courtship rules than the ones observed in contemporary culture. Generally Mormon young adults don't start dating until they turn 16 years old and are encouraged to date in groups as often as possible.

Capture the Flag

Capture the flag involves larger groups of couples and focuses on teamwork. Girls and boys can both play the game equally well and the game does not require any specialized skills. An afternoon of capture the flag can then be followed by a night out or a potluck dinner.

Bowling

Bowling is ideal for groups of couples and bowling alleys can be reserved in advance for large groups. A low-key game between teams can foster friendly rivalries while at the same time bring individual couples together with a shared purpose.

Scavenger Hunt

Scavenger hunts are a fun-filled group date best done outdoors. Teams of one or two couples are ideal. Each team should put together a list of 5 to 10 items that another team must find. Put all the lists in a hat and have each team pick one at random, ensuring that no team gets its own list.
