Located in the Raphael Hotel on the main square, it boasts a floor-to-ceiling mural and warm ambiance with natural walnut finishes and polished granite. A tiny restaurant with few tables, this place feels intimate--and French food is always a good bet for a romantic night out. The atmosphere is relaxed, with low lighting. The menu includes French classics like French onion soup, white wine poached scallops with leeks and mushrooms and Gruyere cheese sauce, and aged Kansas City strip steak with a cognac and green peppercorn cream sauce alongside a mixed field green salad and French fries. There is also a long wine list.
