Hutch’s, called “a cozy bistro” by the New York Times, is conveniently located in Buffalo’s mansion district. Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients are used whenever possible, so expect to see as many daily specials featured as there are fixed items on the menu. The Left Bank
Just past the lively bar area in The Left Bank is the main dining room featuring exposed brick, soft lighting and comfortable seating. The space is divided into many small sections with only two to three tables making it well-suited for a quiet dinner with a special friend. Although the wine list is extensive, ask for the special reserve wine list featuring sought-after wines like the Opus One 1996 and Stag's Leap Cabernet Fay 1997.
